Fourteen years inspecting hydroelectric dam components — complex, precise, up to several tonnes — implementing, maintaining and improving quality systems — ISO 9001, CMMS, dedicated applications — and delivering quality packages to Hydro-Québec, GE, Voith and Andritz. Everything I design today was shaped by those years on the shop floor.
When technology is what is needed, I build it. When the process is the problem, I rethink it. The goal never changes: cut the waste, raise reliability, and leave the organization running better than I found it. Asterion Solutions grew out of that.

A secure internal application hub — Microsoft 365 authentication, every app tied into the Notixia ERP, in production since 2023.
NC Manager
Supervisors open a non-conformity straight from the floor: voice dictation in their own language, photos attached, automatic routing to the quality department for analysis and handling. No paperwork.
Shipping Management
Order number → matching parts pulled from the ERP → dimensions, weight and photos → shipping documents generated automatically and offices notified. All of it centralized in Teams.
Production Gantt
Production planning wired to the Notixia ERP (times taken from quotes) and to Leankit (production Kanban). A full Gantt view with live priority and lead-time management.
Management Dashboard
A fully interactive company dashboard: revenue, sales, quality KPIs, maintenance, delays, production, quotes — all tied directly to the ERP database. It replaces PowerBI.
Company Brain
